Shipping

  • All item/s are safely packed in a box and securely wrapped to ensure that it doesn't get damaged on its way to you.  

  • All the packaging material are plastic free and can be used again, recycled, or composted.  I use un-branded boxes so that it’s easy for you to use it again at a later stage. Unfortunately most of the postal and courier services use plastic sleeve envelope to send smaller items with, so your item might still arrive in one of these sleeves.

  • In stock items are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. Please note that if you order a "made to order" item it may take between 1-3 weeks to be completed before being dispatched. I will be in contact with you to confirm if this is the case.

New Zealand Shipping

  • Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by CourierPost. 

  • You will receive an email with the tracking information on the day that it’s been dispatched. Your parcel should arrive within a couple of working days of receiving your tracking information.

 

International Shipping

  • Orders to destinations outside New Zealand will be sent by the CourierPost couriers. 

  • All parcels takes up to 14 days to reach their destination.

  • A tracking number is provided for each parcel, and I will send you an email with the tracking information on the day that it's been dispatched.  

  • You may need to pay any import tax on your parcel you need to do so directly to the officials in your own country if requested.

 

Damaged or lost items

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me ASAP so that I can help you resolve this issue.  I will do everything I can to assist you, but please note that I am not liable for CourierPost will unfortunately not replace or refund any item if:

  • The loss or damage occurs after the item has been delivered.

  • The loss or damage happened because of an event beyond my reasonable control.

  • The item is seized by any government agency.

  • A third party signed and accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Please contact me within 24 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee as I would have already started making your item.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a limited exchange on some of the items subject to the following terms:

  • Email me at info.rholenesingleton@gmail.com to explain what you would like to return and why.

  • If you would like to return an item for an exchange or store credit, you must please return the purchased item within 7 days of receiving it.

  • All items must be returned in their original undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the overall product.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the items, unless the item/s are damaged or defective or not as specified in your order.

  • Exchanges will not be done if the items have been damaged by you wearing it, scratches to the metal or damaged stones. Also no refund will be given if the items are damaged due to inadequate packaging when you return it.

  • If you guess your ring size and the ring needs to be altered, there will be an alteration fee payable.

  • There are no returns or refunds on custom made items, unless there is something terribly wrong with the piece.

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
